Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted for full priced items, 5 days after package arrival. All sales will be final, and no refunds or exchanges will be afforded for discounted items and prints. You waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor. Customer is required to pay shipping both ways for returns and any packages that are return to sender. Please note that packages may take up to 2 weeks to be processed by Local Hoops. All US packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS and the customer can pick at checkout. Worldwide packages will be shipped via DHL. Local Hoops is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Delays in shipping are not the responsibility of Local Hoops.
