We accept returns and exchanges on full priced items within 30 days of purchase. All discounted items, sale items, and prints are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be offered on these items. If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us and we will make it right.
Items must be unworn and in original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways for all returns, exchanges, and any packages returned to sender unless a mistake was made by Local Hoops. In that case we will cover all shipping costs.
If there is an issue with your order, reach out to us at Info@local-hoops.com. We will always work with you to fix it. By purchasing from us you agree that chargebacks are not permitted.

Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. During busy periods processing times may be slightly longer. All US orders ship through USPS or UPS. You can choose your preferred carrier at checkout. International orders ship through DHL.
